Pass It On Outdoor Mentors is a nonprofit organization with the mission to empower young people through outdoor experiences & mentorship. By using outdoor experiences as a platform to mentor young people of diverse backgrounds, we are making a generational impact through the outdoors and passing on our outdoor heritage.

Pass It On Outdoor Mentors is seeking a mission-driven, entrepreneurial, and strategic leader to serve as our next Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will steward the vision and continued growth of Pass It On Outdoor Mentors—overseeing strategic direction, organizational culture, fundraising, operations, and mission delivery. This role is central to driving national expansion, ensuring sustainability, and elevating the organization’s voice in the outdoor and youth development sectors.

As CEO, you’ll work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, partners, and funders to lead with integrity, inspire impact, and steward a values-driven culture rooted in mentorship and conservation.
